FIND A CHIROPRACTOR IN GUELPH

Find a Chiropractor in Guelph

Hello and welcome,

This is a small blog dedicated to helping people find a chiropractor in Guelph that is safe, affordable, and easy to get to. As a Guelph resident myself, I know that it can be a real pain to get to one end of the city to another so it’s crucial for people to be able to find a chiropractor in Guelph that is accessible for them. I will be updating this site periodically with articles on chiropractic-relevant subjects, as well as with information on local chiropractors in Guelph in the near future.

In the meantime, I invite you to read the articles posted below, comment on them, and ask me any questions you have.

My story about a chiropractor in Guelph

I vaguely remember visiting a chiropractor in Guelph when I was very young (before the sports injuries, bad posture, and stressful student life started). I remember getting an adjustment every once in a while, but it wasn’t too long before all that stopped. I don’t know why. Maybe the chiropractic clinic moved? Maybe everyone was just busier when my mom started teaching again? Anyway, it was unfortunate because it was when I stopped going to a chiropractor that I really started needed one. I’ll tell you very briefly:

It was many years ago when I first “messed up” my back and neck jumping on a trampoline. It wasn’t anything too serious mind you, so there is no need to brace for anything horrific. The short-version of the story is that I was jumping on the trampoline with a few friends (too many, as a matter a fact). I collided with a friend in the air and landed with a crash (upside down) on the trampoline. I was winded and my back felt like it had been twisted quite badly. We went inside after I caught my breath and stopped jumping on the trampoline for the day. I didn’t think anything more of it at the time.

Until school started again (I was in high school at the time) that is…and man, things were difficult. I had headaches everyday in some form or another, and it prevented me from concentrating on my work. It became normal after a while though: I just always had a headache. I tried various stretches for my neck and back that were recommended to me by friends and family, but nothing seemed to work. After a few months of this, I finally decided to go back to seeing a chiropractor.

As you may or may not have guessed, things started getting a lot better after that. My chiropractor explained to me that my trampoline incident probably caused my vertebrae to become squashed together a bit too much which resulted in pinched nerves. After a few adjustments my life and headache situation was resolved.

Feel free to share any of your own personal anecdotes (good or bad).
